Loved this episode. It’s so easy to lose the joy of writing if you only focus on the publishing/rejection cycle. Writing has brought me so many friends, the opportunity to meet some fantastic kids and readers, not to mention the fun of being immersed in worlds totally of my own creation.
Hi Lorraine!
So glad you enjoyed the episode and could relate. It can be so easy to get obsessed with a publishing goal that we forget all about the other great bits to writing! Our writing family is a treasure. I feel so grateful to be in it. And of course like you said getting to meet a whole wide world full of readers and book lovers. Amazing! 🙂
